We are looking for passionate and skilled Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRT) to join the team at a clinic in Dallas. Why Join Us? Perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) during emergencies. Ensure compliance with infection control, HIPAA, and hospital policies. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment. Continuously seek to improve patient care by identifying and sharing quality improvement opportunities. Key Success Factors: Strong understanding of respiratory care modalities, therapies, and equipment. Effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to follow clinical protocols and perform high-quality documentation. General computer proficiency, including data entry and electronic medical documentation. Qualifications: Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience. Experience: Less than 1 year of experience (new graduates welcome). Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (within 30 days of hire). Licensed as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) by the Texas Medical Board. Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
