The project involves constructing two cryogenic LNG storage tanks, each with a capacity of 240,000 m³, as well as access roads, associated buildings, and regasification facilities. With a budget exceeding €1 billion, this is a prestigious opportunity to contribute to one of Europe's most critical energy infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all procurement activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials, equipment, and services critical to the project’s success.
  • Develop and execute logistics strategies to optimize material flow to the construction site, ensuring efficient operations and minimizing delays.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth operations and adherence to project timelines.
  • Oversee supply chain management, including inventory control, material tracking, and transportation logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards related to procurement and logistics.
  • Proactively identify risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Extensive experience in procurement and logistics management within the heavy civil construction sector, with a focus on large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Proven ability to manage complex supply chains, especially in energy or LNG projects.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German is advantageous but not mandatory.
