Pay Rate: $50-$70/hour DOE | 1.5x OT for over 40 hours Relocation to Pryor, OK before start date is required

Job Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to manage Level 4 (L4) and Level 5 (L5) commissioning activities for a key project in Pryor, OK. The successful candidate will lead a commissioning team, ensuring smooth execution of commissioning plans in alignment with project objectives and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Oversight: Manage the commissioning team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative work environment.
- Project Planning: Create and implement commissioning plans and schedules to meet project goals.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary contact for the client, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of inquiries.
- Technical Oversight: Oversee system integration, testing, and troubleshooting, ensuring compliance with HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and automation systems standards.
- Quality Control: Implement rigorous quality assurance processes, conducting thorough inspections of systems.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks, developing and implementing contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate personnel, equipment, and materials to maximize commissioning efficiency.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed commissioning reports and project documentation.
- Team Development: Mentor and support the professional growth of team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commissioning management, particularly in Level 4 (L4) and Level 5 (L5)commissioning activities.
- Demonstrated success in managing projects from start to finish.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and automation systems.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Deep understanding of industry codes and regulations.
- Relevant certifications such as CxA or LEED AP preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
