Compliance Manager

We are seeking a full-time Compliance Manager to join our team in Bristol. The Compliance Manager will support the Compliance team, Head of Department, and Board in addressing strategic and critical regulatory and compliance matters. This role involves monitoring risk trends, keeping abreast of compliance developments, and ensuring the organization meets all SRA, Lexcel, and general regulatory obligations.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor or FCILEx

• Experience managing your own caseload and clients

• Minimum of three years' experience in a regulated environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications

Location and Hours:

• Full-time (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:15pm)

• Part-time and/or job share options considered

• Based at our office in Bedminster, with travel to other offices required
