HR Specialist Location: Netherlands

Our client, a prominent construction company, is seeking a dynamic HR Specialist to join their team for an ambitious, high-impact international project in the Netherlands. This industrial development, located in the Alkmaar region, combines humanitarian and scientific aims, contributing both to the treatment of serious illnesses and advancing sustainable energy research.

About the Project: This large-scale project brings together teams from over 10 nationalities, including Dutch, Spanish, Argentinian, Turkish, Indian, and others. In total, more than 25 nationalities are expected to participate, creating a uniquely diverse, collaborative, and multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• External Collaboration: Act as a key point of contact with payroll partners, recruitment agencies, and immigration consultants.

• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the Project Directorate, area managers, finance/administration teams, and the HR team based in Madrid to ensure smooth HR processes.

• Comprehensive HR Administration: Oversee HR documentation, payroll processing, contract management, and the entire HR administration cycle.

• Talent Management in Civil and Industrial Sectors: Identify personnel needs, conduct screening and interviews, negotiate terms, and manage the hiring process.

Requirements:

• Experience in the construction or industrial sectors.

• Prior experience with international projects, especially in the Netherlands, is highly valued.

• English proficiency level of B2+.

• National profiles are preferred.
