Company Overview: Our client, a premier Behavior and Development Center specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), is seeking a highly qualified Clinical Director to join their team in Bahrain. Job Summary: The Clinical Director will oversee and manage all clinical functions, ensuring the highest standards of care in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). You will provide leadership and supervision to clinical staff, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), therapists, and supervisors. This role requires strategic planning, financial management, and a focus on compliance to support the growth and operational excellence of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities: Clinical Leadership:
- Provide clinical leadership to a multidisciplinary team of BCBAs, therapists, and supervisors.
- Ensure that clinical services comply with policies, guidelines, and ABA best practices.
- Develop and implement clinical protocols, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct regular assessments to ensure continuous clinical improvement.
- Collaborate with families, clients, and stakeholders to create personalized treatment plans.
- Stay current with the latest research and advancements in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Lead, organize, and evaluate clinic operations in alignment with the business vision and strategy.
- Build and manage high-performance teams across clinical and operational functions.
- Set goals to ensure organizational alignment with the business plan.
- Drive opportunities for operational and organizational enhancements.
- Foster a strong organizational culture focused on clinical excellence.
- Maintain open communication with internal and external stakeholders, including families, staff, and regulatory bodies.
- Develop and execute long-term strategies to drive clinic growth and performance.
- Adapt the strategic plan to reflect industry trends and emerging opportunities.
- Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and career development for clinical and operational staff.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Identify and manage risks to ensure a safe and effective clinical environment.
- Optimize clinic technology systems for efficient operations and data management.
- Oversee financial reporting, budget development, and cost control to ensure financial health.
Qualifications:
- BCBA or BCBA-D Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Clinical Supervisor.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Commitment to professional development and ongoing training in ABA.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $100,000 USD per year (Tax-free).
