Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate construction sites with clients, external contractors, subcontractors, and authorities.
- Monitor schedules and costs.
- Implement quality requirements.
- Organize and lead coordination meetings with project stakeholders on-site.
- Review invoices and manage contract amendments.
- Maintain direct and goal-oriented communication with all project participants.

Qualifications:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent technical training in the construction industry.
- Several years of experience in building construction in Switzerland.
- Knowledge of relevant Swiss building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Independent, reliable, and service-oriented work style.
- Strong team spirit, commitment, and awareness of quality and cost.
- Excellent verbal and written German skills, good English skills, Swiss German is a plus.
- Willingness to travel and a valid driver's license.
- Valid work and residence permit (minimum B permit).
