About the Role

As an Environment & Energy Associate, you will work on a diverse range of legal matters, including environmental compliance, renewable energy projects, and litigation. This role is perfect for an attorney eager to contribute to cutting-edge projects and help clients navigate the complexities of environmental and energy law.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in environmental and energy matters, including appearances before administrative bodies.
  • Manage permitting, regulatory compliance, due diligence, and transactional matters in the environmental and energy sectors.
  • Support renewable energy project siting, permitting, development, acquisitions, financings, and transfers.
  • Draft and negotiate environmental provisions and contractual agreements.
  • Conduct litigation, including depositions, motion practice, court appearances, and electronic discovery.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • 3–6 years of experience in environmental or energy law.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits
