Dietitian for Baltimore

We are seeking a dedicated Dietitian to join our client's team in Baltimore, MD. In this role, you will provide quality clinical nutrition services, working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary health team to promote wellness, maintain health, and intervene in cases of acute or chronic illness. You will deliver medical nutrition therapy to patients in accordance with provider orders, as well as hospital and Clinical Nutrition Department policies. Position: Dietitian Location: Baltimore, MD Salary: $83,000/yearly Key responsibilities include: - Performing assessments on all patients identified to be at nutrition risk per established policies and procedures. - Providing nutrition education as needed. - Supporting the Food and Clinical Nutrition Department Teams. Qualifications/Requirements: - Basic professional knowledge equivalent to a Master’s degree, with a working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field. - Less than one year of experience. - Education Discipline: Master of Science Degree in Foods and Nutrition or a related field. Completion of a Dietetic internship. Successful passing of the registration examination for dietitians (RDN). - Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN). - Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN).
