Germany Base Salary: EUR €60,000 to €80,000 Fluent in German and English. The Role: We are excited to announce the opportunity for a dynamic Publisher Business Development Manager to join our team in Germany. This role focuses on the expansion and enhancement of our publisher network, especially across the DACH region. You will be responsible for acquiring new accounts and developing relationships with some of the largest publishers in the US, UK, EU, and APAC, using your sales acumen and a consultative approach to business development. Responsibilities: - Cultivate lasting relationships with publishers in Germany. - Acquire new publisher accounts within the DACH area. - Optimize account performance and align with publishers' strategic goals. - Prepare and present progress reports and strategic recommendations. - Engage in pitching and onboarding new publishers. - Represent our company at industry events and conferences. Requirements: - Proven experience in business development or account management, ideally within publishing or a digital advertising platform. - Strong understanding of online marketing channels such as display advertising, PPC, and SEO. - Experience with Excel and CRM systems. - Fluent in German and English.
