Regional Sales Manager – Pharmacy Medical Technology Company
- Sell and promote automation and digitalisation products to pharmacies. (Medication dispensing robots, digital solutions, etc.)
- Design projects tailored to pharmacies
- Collaborate with project/installation, technical, and marketing departments
- Achieve sales and revenue targets in the defined geographic area
- Actively acquire new clients
- Actively acquire new projects at existing client sites
- Initiate, plan, and participate in regional and national events for clients and prospects
- Document and update all sales opportunities in the CRM tool
- Participate in trade shows related to the defined sales market and customer segment
- Actively support the collection of customer receivables
- Prepare and participate in sales meetings
- Higher education degree with significant sales experience:
- Selling equipment to pharmacies is ideal
- Selling high-value MedTech equipment (B2B, B2C)
- Or you are a pharmacist with a scientific-business dual competency
- Professional English proficiency is required for communication with the headquarters and career development in an international group
- Analytical, autonomous, and commercially driven, with an entrepreneurial approach to managing the assigned geographic sector
